Your first appointment at the Tinnitus and Hyperacusis Clinic will be 120 minutes.
If you have had your hearing evaluated by an audiologist, we ask that you bring a copy of those results to your appointment and any other pertinent medical history information pertaining to your tinnitus/hyperacusis..  If audiological testing has not been done, we will be happy to do that testing for you and will be included in the cost of this 2 hour appointment.  The appointment involves a detailed case history about you, your tinnitus/hyperacusis, and how it affects your quality of life. You will learn how and why tinnitus is problematic for some persons and NOT problematic for others. Your will learn the basic concepts behind treatments and will have an opportunity to experience several treatment options. Upon appointment completion will receive specific recommendations for treatment options for your consideration.
The cost for this appointment is $395.00 with payment requested at time of service.
