Practice Manager – Work Comp/Auto Claims
As practice manager, Laura establishes clinic operations, training, and other procedures to ensure that patients have the same positive experiences at all locations. She is also available to answer questions about financing, billing Workman’s Comp or Auto Claims, or information on our providers, products and offices.
With over 8 years of working administratively in Audiology, she enjoys the daily experience of helping patient’s get their questions answered regarding their hearing health and/or their hearing devices. Having a grandmother who was hard of hearing, Laura has always had an interest in the Audiology field, and understands the patient’s and their family’s concerns and needs.
When she’s not working, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family and her dog Dexter, traveling as much as possible, reading, cooking and trying new things.
